At Ben Davis, we stand by the quality of our workwear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
